Finding Mister Right
Posted by indexofdating in New Relationship advice on May 8, 2011
You will find that finding mister right is something that a lot of people struggle with. Whether you are ready to settle down or simply want out of the dating game without being single, it can be really frustrating. There are a few things that you can do to make sure that you are making good decisions.
Relax
The most important thing that you can do is relax a little bit. Try not to go in search of mister right so aggressively. This is something that can end up getting you into trouble. You are going to need to make sure that you are able to see clearly and make a good decision about whether or not this guy is for you.
Not Too Choosy
You are going to have to give people a chance. Just because you are in search of mister right does not mean that you can’t give unlikely candidates a try. You may find that the guy that you wouldn’t have picked out of a line up, could be your soul mate.
Don’t Waste Time
While you should give people a chance, don’t give them too many. If you are going out with a guy and you just do not seem to be hitting it off then move on. You do not need to waste your time on a person that is not right for you. You could be out there with a guy that you really hit it off with instead of wasting your time on this person.

Flirting tips for men and woman are typically pretty similar to each other. You will find that whether you are a man or a woman flirting with a man or a woman, you are going to need to follow some basic rules to make sure that you do not scare the other person away.
Too Much
Flirting too much can really be something that makes the person that you are flirting with uncomfortable. It will also make you seem pushy and desperate even. You need to make sure that you don’t lay it on too thick so as not to scare the other person off.
Not Enough
If you are too light with your flirting, you will find that this can be confusing for the person that you are attempting to flirt with. You will need to make sure that they know that you are flirting with them. Make eye contact and find small and subtle ways to brush up against them or lightly touch them. Sometimes, lightly teasing or joking with this person can be a great way for you to get a good banter going.
Body Language
It is all about body language whenever you are flirting with another person. As previously mentioned, eye contact is a very big deal. You will also find that doing things like leaning in towards the person when they are speaking and smiling can show your interest. Follow the same rule with body language with over doing it. You can end up getting yourself into trouble this way.

Have Company

Tips For The Second Date

So the first date was a success and you’ve line up a second date. Now what? Don’t panic, there are things you should know for the early stages, such as the second date.
Continue The Same Rules
You probably knew to stay away from talking about your ex, or sex, or deeply personal issues on the first date. Continue this on the second date. It’s still too soon to start bringing this up.
Romance
You can step this up a notch for the second date, but don’t try for any grand gestures. This will come across as moving too quickly. If the first date was great, consider bringing flowers to the second. Stay away from pricey meals or jewelry, this will just scare them away, if you had sex on the first date why not ask her if she’s ever experimented with swinging.
Prove You Listened
Did your date tell you about a musician they adored on the first date? Grab a CD and listen to it in the car. Did they tell you about a type of food they adore? Make reservations for that restaurant. Simple things like this show your date that you were paying attention on the first date, and this will not only be appreciated, it could open doors for more intimate conversations.
Physical Contact
Unless you are both open to, and discussed, sex, it’s too early. If you met your date on a website that specializes in sex hook ups, then forget this rule. However, if you are looking for someone for a possible long term relationship, it’s best to wait a few more dates. You can end the date with an appropriate kiss, maybe hold hands, but don’t push the intimacy issue. You can scare them off and may never get the third date.
